I have been in the counseling field since 2019 and focus on Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused techniques. Together we work towards turning those goals you have been thinking about into a reality, at a pace that is comfortable for you. Focusing on the here and now and being in the present moment are all things that can be achieved. At Be Embodied we use a holistic approach to help you connect with your self and work towards making your goals possible.
